    Hit abs really hard and you will see a difference in your midsection....I don't care what the magazines say, if you hit abs hard you will see a huge difference in your belly...Also the Tren will eat away the fat you have in your belly.....When we get old the first place fat goes to is our midsection......Low Test Levels and your stomach will look like you drink beer everyday.....Just hit the weights hard and hit abs hard and it will go away.....If you are doing a lean bulk cycle then ensure you are eating right and try to stay away from simple sugars, get your carbs from potatoes, rice, e.t.c.......What week are you on for Spawn?? If you are Starting week 3 bump up the dose to 4 caps a day.....Week 4 bump up to 5 caps a day......Trust me you will be fine.....Just do your PCT and you will keep 85% of what you gain......Now go hit those ****ing weights and GROW!!!!!!! But if you insist on doing cardio make sure you are taking your BCAA's before you do cardio and after your work-outs....This will ensure that you do not use your muscles as energey and will use the fat you have stored.....

    Shoulders went great today. Strength is up, so is the pain in my left shoulder. I have had this pain for some time but today I just worked through it. NOW it hurts like hell! Oh well, no pain, no gain, lol.....

    Temper seems to be knocking on my door. Or should I say that I have a very short fuse. When I felt myself getting close to popping, I went for a quick walk. Problem solved....Still sweating like a pig and hunger still up. No cramps, just great pumps. I also think Im getting a few pimples in a few spots that Im sure the tanning salon can take care of in a few days.

    Pops good that your running BCAA's......Agression level will continue to raise through the entire cycle.....I'm taking M-Drol and I feel like ripping peoples heads off.....I'm up to 4 caps a day....Will raise up to 5 if I feel good next week....I am taking 2000mg of Vit C to ward off lethargy (sp?) My back cramps have gone away.....Maybe my kidneys have just shut down and that is why the back cramps are gone!!!!! LMFAO!!!!!!!! Overall feeling really good.....My lifts have gone through the ****ing roof......I'm hitting 265 for reverse grip close grip bench for 6 reps........HELL **** YEAH!!!!!!!

    I have never heard of going over 3 caps a day of Spawn. What experience do you have on this recomendation?

    After looking at the pics did you say you want to bulk ? With the current BF i'd want to cut but to each their own.

    Ok...I never wanted to post this because I didn't want the newbies to try to be like me and ending up in the grave.....I have cycled SPAWN 2 times......I have gone up to 8 caps a day in a 3 week cycle....I cycled up like this:

    Day 1-4: 2 Caps a day
    Day 5-10: 3 Caps a day
    Day 11-18: 4 Caps a day
    Day 12-21: 6 Caps a day
    Day 22-30: 8 Caps a day

    I gained 15lbs of lean muscle and had a doctor check me out...My BP was the best it has been in over 2 years, and my colestroal (sp?) was great, and my Lipid values were normal.....I never mentioned this because everyone is affected in different ways when taking DS........That is how I used it and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RUNNING A CYCLE LIKE THIS......IT MAY KILL YOU AND GETTING BIG IS NOT WORTH HAVING A FEW POUNDS OF EXTRA MUSCLE........SO DON'T ****ING DO IT LIKE ME........

    DSM I going to try to put on about 15 more pounds before I cut....I am going use Clen with my spawn cycle for weeks 4-8....I am bulking with M-Drol right now.........I have gained over 6 lbs and I am only 2 weeks in.....So....wish me luck...If I die I will tell my wife to let you all know......

    If youre referring to me and not Okinawa Im doing a lean bulk. Again, Im not 100% if I have the trerminology correct. I know my midsection needs some work but thats why Im doing 45 min of cardio 4 days/week while following a diet around 3000 cals/day. So Im trying to kill 2 birds with one stone. I know that it is very difficult to build mass and get abs at the same time but I really wanted to try spawn and for me the time could not have been any better. Once Im finished I will go right into a cutting phase and change up my diet accordingly.

    Besides, during all of my research on spawn no one used this to cut..

    Yea but someone said that the tren will cut belly fat during your cycle.... or am I making this up...?

    Yes it cuts out belly fat to an extent.......That is why I am going to use Clen the last 4 weeks of my cycle and just get shreaded!!!!!!!!

    Spawn cycle - day 11

    Legs today was not good. During my 2nd set of squats my legs cramped up sending my temper through the ****ing roof! I had to stop, stretch out a bit and when I was going to try to hit it again some sml piece of ***t jumped in on the rack!!!!! I had no choice but to hit the other machines to finish my leg training. Oh well.....

    I was supposed to do circuit training tomorrow with chest/tris/back/bis/abs but my shoulder still hurts from yesterday. Do you guys think I should train through the pain or wait until Monday? And yes, it hurts like hell and I might make it worse. Just looking for another opinion..

    One good thing today, a bud comes up to me and said that another co-worker went up to him and said " did you see Pops today, he got big pretty quick! He wasnt like this a few weeks ago!" I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

    Anyways, everything else normal except for the temper but I knew this was going to happen sooner or later.

    Let me know what you think about the training tomorrow, thanks in advance!

    I wouldn't take the day off but I wouldn't do anything to aggravate the shoulder. Go to the gym tomorrow, see if you can get away with working your arms (bis/tris) without hurting your shoulder!!!

    i did up to 5 tabs a day with not diff in results, had more sides, did three tabs a day gained 17 lbs, did 5 tabs for a whole month and gained 18 lbs.

    the strenght gains were the same with both cycles

    so in you case more is not necessarily better. How many cals where you taking in at that time to out on 17 lbs? Im just over 3100 ( my tdee is right around 2900 )I weigh in tomorrow and so far since last Monday Im up just over 4-5 lbs. Im also doing 45 min of cardio x 4 days..

    my cals are about 3500 to 4000 a day... i dont eat overly clean, lucky for me i dont need to - ice cream and me are very good friends...

    what i always make sure is i am getting 1.25 - 1.5 grams of protein per body weight a day... and that woud come from chix, eggs, beef, tuna and the occasional protien shake.

    i thought more would be better and only did it once... but i have done three cycles of spawn first was like 14 lbs, diet was poor. second was 17 lbs diet was very good. then the 5 caps a day with a decient diet, and gained 18.

    so ... i would have rather had done the cycle for 30 days 2x then two bottles over like 40 days... the diff would have been 30 - 35 lbs of muscle instead of 18 lbs of muscle

    train legs... maybe back - if your soar wait a 5 days to a week should be two to three days of not being soar before you hit it again...

    go in do cardio... work on you diet, getting it down on paper, or study work outs on here or youtube

    do something that keeps you in the game

    Im still a little sore this morning so Im just going to do abs and cardio and hold off until Monday. Thanks bro!!!!!!!!!

    Spawn cycle - day12

    Only did cardio today. Legs were sore as hell especially when walking down a flight of stairs and sitting on the toilet, lol! Shoulder pain going away, finally. Should be 100% by Monday. Maybe I had kind of a bad day or something because my fuse is shorter than you could possibly imagine. If someone that Im not fond of too much at work got anywhere near me I got all riled up inside!!!! Im actually feeling better as we speak. I guess this is the only thing that gives me peace right now. Anyways, some minor acne just under my armpits came around last night. Weight up to 195 this morning. Still hungry, sweating alot and drinking tons of h2o. Have to work this weekend so food is all prepared. Have a good weekend guys! Chest/bis Monday......

    Week 3 around the corner. Hopefully Ill start throwing some heavy weight around!!!

    hate to be the bearer of bad new but Tren in the spawn will intensify any aches and pains you have. just the way it works. i bet once your off cycle it might feel a lot better. i have a bad shoulder, more in the clavicle, and it hurt like a bitch during chest workouts. i just kept lifting heavy and hard. soon as i came off cycle the pain is gone hasnt come back.

    Spawn cycle - day 15

    Bad news first.

    Im going to stop training shoulders for a few months to see if the pain that I constantly have goes away. If not, Im headed to the doc the first of the year to see what my options are.

    Now for the good news.

    Did chest and bis today. Awesome, intense workout. Warmed up with a few sets of push-up to warm the shoulders up a bit then went right to db presses. I usually start with 50's and go up from there. Today I started with 60's and went to 80's for 6 then pyramided down. I had this huge pump from my last set of push-ups all the way until now! Finished up with some peck-deck flys with 3 sets of 12 finishing up with 190lbs. I little minor shoulder pain from this one because of the stretching but it wasnt too bad.

    For bis I did bb curls with 50 ( warm-up ),60,70,80,70,60 for sets of 8. The veins were popping out after this one! I finished up with db curls with 3 sets of 8 with 30's. Abs and cardio as usual. Weight still at 195. Hunger up so are the sweats. Overall I feel fantastic!!!

    A few bad things I have noticed.

    First of all is the mood swings. I got into a huge fight with my wife over absolutely nothing. My temper is worse than it has ever been before. Second is Im getting acne just above my waistline on my back. Lastly, I fall asleep fast but Im up in the middle of the night tossing and turning for about an hour before I can go back to bed. I take my 3rd pill around 7pm so I dont think thats too bad.....

    Also, once I forgot to take my casein shake before bed and I woke up in the middle of the night starving! Ill never do that again.

    Back and tris tomorrow............

    I feel for ya on the shoulder pain, hope it works out. I found a great article on acne.



    Acne: One of the most common sides of using androgens and supposedly the most dreaded. Here is why, Androgen production stimulates sebaceous glands and cause them to enlarge.. The androgen-stimulated sebaceous glands produce more sebum. Sebum is a natural oil that makes the skin soft and waterproof. The oily sebum accumulates in the follicle as it moves up the hair shaft where it mixes with normal skin bacteria (Propionibacterium Acnes) and dead follicular skin cells. The dead cells normally get pushed to the surface where they are expelled. The more sebum is produced the greater the chances of clogged follicles that potentially result in pimples.



    High doses of Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) are highly effective at reducing oil production in the sebaceous glands (the glands responsible for the skin’s oiliness). It is generally recommended that the you preload with 5-10 grams of Pantothenic Acid per day for one week, followed by a maintenance intake of 2-3 grams per day until cessation of the cycle. In addition, cleansing the skin with salicylic acid and/or benzoyl peroxide (found in many over the counter acne treatments) is quite helpful for acne prevention.

    Keep it up Man less than 2 weeks to pct!!!

    I experienced similiar sleep issues while on Spawn. Not sure what the exact cause was but was mildly annoying.

    Spawn cycle - day 16

    Did back/tris today and can you say incredible! For back, I decided to use the straps to see what kind of weight I can handle today. I was able to add 30-40 lb xtra compared to the last few weeks! Strength is up!!!! Tris were great considering that I did chest yesterday. I started with close-grip presses and finished with rope push-downs. My entire body was so pumped up I didnt want to stop today. Finished up with cardio and pwo shake. Hunger still up. Not too sweaty today, good thing. So far, so good. Legs tomorrow.....

    Legs went well today. A few sets of squats followed by a few sets of machines. Ran around a lot at work today so I was a bit tired. Still pumped up all the time. Hunger still up. So is my temper. The busier I get at work, the more people just get in my way. You would have to be there to understand. Anyways, all is good. Chest and bis tomorrow......

    Legs went well today. A few sets of squats followed by a few sets of machines. Ran around a lot at work today so I was a bit tired. Still pumped up all the time. Hunger still up. So is my temper. The busier I get at work, the more people just get in my way. You would have to be there to understand. Anyways, all is good. Chest and bis tomorrow......
    Pops haven't been posting in awhile...Sorry...Hope everything is going good.....I stopped M-Drol and started my spawn cycle...M-Drol was way to harsh for me to keep taking.....****ing sides sucked ass.......
