    Winny only cycle

    I have someone who can get me winny's for pretty cheap. I am NOT looking to gain mass while being on these i am looking to cut a little bodyfat since i am bulking and was wondering if i took 50MG each day for 4-6 weeks if i would notice a difference? What pct should i use NOLVA?

    No one here woudl recommend a winny only cycle.

    i am currently around 205 with 18% bodyfat at 6'1". I understand everyone says take test. Currently i dont wanna jump into that stuff i want to wait. I figured if i got some winny's and kept bulking i could put on good size and cut bodyfat which is what i am looking to do. Id rather take test as an all out GET BIG supplement.

    winny does not cut body fat sorry....it cuts water.bad idea at a low dose of test alone will help kick that extra fat off

    i seen guys do winny only cycles.. its ok . not the best cycle

    AAS is not the base of weight loss. Diet is key. Not to mention at 18% bf you will notice absolutely nothing on winny for its hardening effects. You would have to be closer to 10%

    sure if your 8%bf lookin to kill that extra water then go ahead, but would not suggest it

    so winny does not cut fat at all? It only cuts water? I understand i am at a high percent bodyfat but i figured it would help shred fat. I understand diet is 100% key and my diet is on point. The trainer at my gym told me i would notice a huge difference if i took it for 4-6 weeks at 50mg each day. He said i would lean out. Is he lying to me or just doesnt know what hes talking about?

    diet is a better choice get it down to a polish and i bet you will see better results.

    i do have diet on point. I have been eating around 3200 calories with 250-350 carbs, 250+ protein and the rest fats. Maybe i am gaining some fat because i went from 2000 calories to 3200 in 1 week plus i went from 100 carbs up to 250-350 in 3 weeks which could have resulted in some fat gain

    ill just post it here so you can see it...

    Meal 1: 2 cups milk (1%), 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup oats
    Meal 2: 2 oz peanuts, 1 fruit
    Meal 3: 6-8 oz lean meat, 1 cup rice, some veggies.
    Meal 4: 2 Cups milk, 2 scoops whey, 1 banana.
    Meal 5: 6-8 oz lean meat, 1 cup rice or sweet potato, veggies.
    Meal 6: 2 cups milk 1 scoop whey.

    essentials fats??? u need fat to lose fat....
    and lose the milk..
    .. try quinoa instead of rice.. healthier carbs and has more protein in it

    u need to post it in the diet section.. sum1 can tweak it for you

    i am not trying to CUT WEIGHT. I am trying to gain muscle while staying at teh same bodyfat or losing a little bodyfat while gaining MUSCLE. Meal 4 is post workout which everyone has told me is good to have milk and whey along with some good carbs which is the banana.

    yes thats why i said to replace real food for the shakes, real food helps add bulk plus help you from overtraining

    pre and post workout is the ONLY time shakes are optimal. and yes the banana is best for post workout

    i use a shake as my pre wrkout.. food is the best after u wrk out.. thats the most important meal.. thats when i eat most of my starchy carbs (quinoa)

    ^^^ agree i do a shake pre workout and immediatley after workout, then 30 mins after i eat a full meal

    im starved by the time i get home after i wrk out lol.. i just eat lol

    i will have a second protein shake sumtimes b4 i go to bed..
    but usually i have 1 and its just my pre wrk out meal

    Listen dude, at 18% bf, you have no point in bulking and your diet is quiet sub-par.

    Get below 12-13% then bulk, lean. I never understand anyone over 15% bf "bulking" unless they're a pro bb or just doesn't mind looking like a fat ass and then having a shit load of work to do when it does indeed come time to cut.

    Your diet is a mess. Go to the diet forum and get some help. Also, winny does not burn body fat.

    because its winter, i dont care about being shredded right now i woudl rather bulk up to 220-230 and then cut back to 210. I am 6'1" if i cut down to 12 percent thats going to put me around 185 which is way too low right now.

    hey coco.. hes just saying it takes a lot more wrk to get cut wen ur bigger.. its easier to cut then bulk.

    Go down to the diet section and post your diet, it needs work. You dont need AAS.

    see everyone tells me the opposite, they say when you have more Mass its easier to burn fat. i cut from 217 22+% bodyfat down to 205 at 18-19% I might even be a little lower then that, i havent gotten checked in a while.

    Change the milk to almond milk. 1% milk has progesterone in it. You'll cut better that way. It's by the soy milk.

    Not sure if i can dig the article but u have leaner gains being leaner... Do martial arts and train... You will be 180 in 4 or 6 months
