Back and tris went great. Strenght is up. Pump is unreal. I didnt sleep too well last night, got a new laptop and it kept me up until 2am. I probably could have had a better workout if I had a few extra hrs of sleep but oh well. No cardio today. Just not in the mood. This is not good. For the first 3 weeks I was all gun ho, now forget it. I need to get back into the game here. I always preach diet and cardio. Maybe I got burned out. Lifting as heavy as I can for the past 3 weeks AND 45 min of cardio AND working 10-12 hrs /day...
Anyways, legs/abs tomorrow. Maybe Ill just do 30 min of cardio for the rest of the week and see what happens.....
