deff not my type of breakfast even though that taste really good, but being my metabolism is so slow i would gain so much extra fat. thats why i have too stay super clean every meal. bber have diff type of diets as we all know, bulk, maintence, cutt etc.., right now im on a maintance/bulk , on my last cycle i eat more than i did now cuz of the gear helps speed everything up. i could list my entire meal plan for the day and it would be more than 75% of the people on this site would eat.
