Chest and bis were great. Taking into consideration that I have been sneezing since I woke up this morning. Strength still going up. Weight in at 195. Skipped cardio today as well as half of last week. Chest I did a warm up set of 50's for 8 then did 3 sets of 8 with 70's. Felt great. Could have done more but not feeling 100%. Did straight bar curls with big bar. warmed up with a set of 8 w 65lbs then finished with 5 reps with 105, dropped to 65 for 8. Waited 2 min then knocked out 15 with 65 lbs. My arms were on fire!
Next did peck deck supersetted with db curls for 3 sets. Im like the Michelin Man, lol....Did a few sets of abs ex then finished up completey with 50 push-ups. Game over...............Back and tris tomorrow.......last day of cycle![]()
