lol well i try to do it right after wrking out... but i usually cheat a lil all day...
If I was going to obsess over it, I'd do it first thing in the morning or after a leg workout.
so long as it's not your last meal of the day, any time is ok....I usually cheat (carb up) on my just cardio days, or off days
Cheating is not ok anytime......stop trying to justify your cheating.......that being said i cheat once a week LOL...normally sat or sun night....doesnt make it right....
i couldnt stick to my diet other wise ( havent got the will power)

i always thought a cheat day was good, not just to help with a depressing diet, but to throw the body off balance
thats wat i think too.. im sure if u constantly eat the same u will plateau sooner..
its a good change and plus its lets us be normal.. who wants to eat strict everyday for the rest of ur life?
plus i rather get my body used to eatin really well and still being able to cheat.. thats a diet i can do![]()

the body gets used to the caloric intake and this lowers its metabolism (caloric burning ability) so id say a cheat day is more than good. i usually cheat on a sunday.
do u cheat on an off day or do u wrk out on ur cheat days??
unless you are on a very strict cutting diet, cheating is not really necessary.....just by alternating the foods you eat, you can "shock" the system, or simply carbing up once a week....
psychologically, cheating may be beneficial....but this whole notion of requiring a day of junk food physiologically is bogus
i dont care.. lol im still eatin my junk lol..
i wouldnt do it pre comp.. but in everyday life.. damn straight!
ive recently started to go for an intense hill run on my cheat day.......makes me feel like the cheat isnt as bad.........
lol i like my cheat days to be as lazy as hell. i probably do go OTT on them tho lol
i used to be the same.......but i want to up the pace without loseing the cheat..hence the session before my cheat........i love chillin watching a dvd with some cheat food.....
Cheat day??? I have cheat weeks, months, years.
no one has the genetics to cheat every day or to eat what they like and not put on weight.
fair enough earlier on in life well you might look great and your young body handles it with the fast metabo, but as time passes it will catch with you one way or another.
perhaps you might not see it in physical terms or you may, but surely your attery and that lovely heart is copping a beating![]()
well i had some maccas approx 1500cal the night befor my legs day.. and i felt great and i smashed them haha.
