    typical day
    breakfast shake ( 1 1/2 scoop whey, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tbs peanut butter blended together)
    1 Chicken breast with 1 1/2 cup whole wheat past
    Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
    Steak w Brown Rice
    Cyto Gainer shake
    1 Pork Chop w 1 cup pasta
    Casein Shake
    goodnight.

    thats not a horrible diet but it could use work, i wouldn't call that "locked in" by any means.. go over to the diet section and post that for some help..
