Cycle exp I've done short to long cycles I've used test ent, test cyp, test prop, different blends of test deca, tren ent and act, eq, hgh, igf1, orals anadrol, d-bol, t-bol, anavar. Have used these in different cycles over the past 5-6 yrs
Pct I do hcg 2 weeks before ending my cycle and then do the normal nolva and clomid
I have trained on and off all my life but seriously for the past 5 yrs
Right now my workout is
Mon chest
Tue back
Wed shoulders
Thur legs
Fri arms
Off sat and sun
Diet
Breakfast 4 eggs whites 2 whole eggs
Mid morning 8 oz steak 2 cups brown riceand veges
Lunch 8 oz steak 2 baked potatoes
Mid evening 8 oz chicken breast 2 cups brownrice and veges
Pre workout 2 sliceswhole wheat bread 4 tbsp peanut butter4 tbsp jelly and 80 g whey protein
Post workout recovery drink
Evening meal 80 g whey protein 3 tbsp peanut butter or
8 eggs whites 4 oz chicken breast
