    LOG CYCLE testp/Npp

    Hey fellas running testp10o and npp 100 at 50mg ed. It has been one week into cycle and have gained 4 lbs, and strength gains have increased significantly! Cant wait for next week, now at 267.

    Hey there.
    You'll most likely not get much feedback with this little info; stats, goals, diet etc. would be nice, this way people can compare and give feedback easier.

    lol yea, 6'6 was 264 last week, now 267. College fball player, diet is good. Cottage cheese, tons of chicken, steak, protein shakes, eggs, milk. Counted all my calories and it comes out to about 5,000 claories a day from lean meats and protein. My goals would be to gain muscle and loose fat. I wanna get bigger and stronger more explosive but loose some bodyfat as well. Im not sure my bodyfat percatage but its probably decent for my size. Ill pst up some pics soon so u can see what im all about.

    Wait so 350mg each week of prop & NPP?

    or 100mg ED of prop?

    I'm subscribed to this thread bro. Currently on NPP myself. 2 1/2 weeks now. Feeling great.

    yup, only 350, will bump up to 75mg if it makes that much of a difference. I ran 50mg ed of prop before and had really good results....glad to hear it stay tuned!!

    8 weeks, then 2 week bridge, and another 8 weeks. Well i have had a few ideas to do. Or wait and run a testp tren cycle, i dunno now npp would work in that.

    Me at 267. What yall think. any advice on what i can do or exercises to further enhance my goals. (when i say advice i mean from people who know what they are talking about)

    your a beast man... id say 10-12% on the BF maybe 14%. Good luck on the cycle sounds like its gonna be a good one.

    alright just injected 1.5 cc's in my delt. never shot that much before, and i can feel the difference from 1cc to 1.5 cc's lol.

    Alright its now been two weeks in, my strength and aggression have been off the roof, as far as being in the weight room, and on the field. I have also lost some bodyfat and gained about 10lbs so far. Am now up to 274

    sportfan...hey bud. I am starting an NPP/TEST P cycle in the next 2 weeks and wanted to ask you a few questions.

    -I am a little confused by the posts above, are you running:
    500mg week test prop
    350 NPP is this correct? If not, please tell me what you are running.

    -I was told I would get little to no water retention with these two compounds,
    what are you finding? I do not want any water bloat!!!

    -What does your pct schedule look like? Are you taking anything for gyno during cycle?

    -You are talking about an 8 week run, then a bridge, then another 8? Can you explain this to me?

    Any updates on this? Curious what your lifts are like being a fellow tall guy. Are you a tight end or defensive end? What year are you?
