Actually, he's on a bulking cycle and that was roid rage.
Here's his diet:
Breakfast: Eggwhites, yellows, browns and any otha f'ing egg colors he can get. Oats (from his oatmeal cookies), Jelly roll, 4 Sausage McMuffin, 2 OH Henry Bars, one large choco milk (maybe 2).
Lunch: 2 McChicken, 2 Big Mac, 2 Fries, Big Gulp, PB & Jelly, Choco Cake, Twinkies
Dinner: Lunch + Breakfast
Cardio- run to the crapper 5 times a day, grab mail and hope for welfare check.
High Intensity Training: Increase BP by yelling at McDonalds clerk at least 2 times per week, then walk as fast as possible to the crapper.
