    I thought I would never again...BUT

    Well folks, here I am again.... I wanted to kick the juice permenantly...

    BUT I feel like jumping on a 10 week cycle...

    1.) I wanted to do Dbol on its own, 50mg ED for 8 wks.. after researching, everyone says to always have test as a base... I do remember taking dbol alone before, and I had no issues...what do you all think...

    2.) If everyone says "no dbol only cycle", then I was gonna throw in 10 weeks of sust 500mg weekly...

    so I'm looking at:

    4iu Serostim 5/2
    Dbol 50mg ED 1-8
    Sust 500mg 1-10

    3.) my last cycle, months ago was Sust 1g, eq 800mg, and tren 400mg wk..

    I've been told by people that once you use a certain amount of steroids, you can never go down and get results... so now that I did 1g of sust, supposedly I won't see results at only 500mg... I don't see the logic behind this but what do you guys think...?

    My last cycle I didn't eat enough and didn't see the results I would have saw, due to the fact my life was crazy and my schedule was nuts...

    So now, I wanna do this "right"... so the cycle I have put up, staying away from 19 nors, I think should be good enough if 3.) is not true...

    any advice or thoughts are appreciated, thanks guys

    I think you should take a lot more time off from that cycle.

    1 month is far from enough time...

    I would wait at least another month, and then get bloodwork done to check out if your free/total testosterone levels are rebounded back to normal yet..

    A d-bol only cycle is well (fine). It's not recommended, because it's not an ideal cycle.. but many people use it for their first run.

    IMO:

    D-bol (weeks 1 - 6) @ 50mg ED
    prop (weeks 1 - 10) @ 75mg ED

    ^^ would be a much better cycle.

    Or you could just use an oral only cycle...

    T-bol (weeks 1 - 8) @ 70mg ED

    ^^ t-bol has much leaner, more keepable gains then d-bol.

    D-bol rocks at 45 to 50 mg. Anadrol kicks ass too.

    my one friend suggested to taper up on dbol... or can i just start at 50mg from day one??

    Start 15mg. 3 times a day. With food.Grapefruit juice increases potency of d-bol.

    No. Keep the dosage the constant. 50mg is more then enough d-bol.

    well yes because all that test and eq, i didn't see much results as i should have, because much of my life as a mess, and i didn't go to the gym much and my diet was off...

    a lot of people advised that I was taking way too much gear, and i agree...

    so i am going to do it right this time.. less gear and more focus on the diet...

    why risk my health with super high dosages if im not gonna do it right??

    3 months is good,i would do the sus for 12 and dbol for 6 tho.Good luck.
