numbness in my arm, did i hit a nerve?

Just finished pinning prop in my shoulder a little earlier, about 10 mins later i noticed that my arm started feeling numbness...its not severe but its def there.

did i hit a nerve on the way in? i nicked a vien also wich i dont think could be it, but i figured id mention it..any ideas?

It sounds like you could have hit a nerve, but you should have noticed that as soon as the pin hit it. Your using the right size needle. Was there any swelling? maybe there is some excess pressure on your nerve causing the tingle.

Put a heating pad on it for a little while and see if that helps.

i hit nerves sometimes in the quads and i def notice them, but i didnt feel anything this time around...

itll prob be fine, but i want to go work out chest and i might have to take a day off suckkkss

I haev had to skip days because my shoulder felt like a wad of sandpaper was in my shoulder. I chill out in the hot tub whenever that happens, it seems to help.

That symptom is normal when injecting prop into your delts. Make sure your going deep enough into the muscle. (especially if you have a high bf%) And also rubbing it for about 5-10min after with a steaming hot washcloth will also help with the absorption of the test into your muscle.

I hit a nerve in my leg a few weeks back and my foot got a little numbness and tingling. It felt wierd to put a sock on that foot for a couple of days, but it eventually went away.
