How do i frontload ?

WEll I think Im just going to take 30mg of dbol ed for 4 weeks, instead of doubling my doses of test for the first couple of weeks.
Makes things easier, hey anyone see my post on how to split a 5000iu amp up into ten shots. I know to add 10ml of bac water but then what>>?
