So I finally got my hands on some Test E and started my cycle on monday.
Monday I injected 300 mgs and thursday I did 600 because I am only going to do Weekly injections now. I changed my mind and not doing the 2 a week as I really don't see any reason to do that.
I plan on cycling injections like this...
Inject 600mgs thursday....following week will be weds...following week will be tues....etc .etc.
I only lifted on Monday, tuesday this week and did a pretty ridiculously hard leg workout...have been too sore to even lift on weds/thursday and am doing back, bis, abs today at 4pm. Been having feet and ankle problems this entire week so I might hold off on cardio until next week. Hit the hot tub yesterday for a good 20 mins and my legs,ankles, and feet feel much better...plus I got a massage on weds so that helped with soreness as well.
I'm trying to cut up and my calories have been steadily 2500-2800 the past week.
My stats right now are:
6'3'' 260.6 lbs about 19% BF.
Goal is to get in 220s at 10%
I have for PCT NOLVA and CLOMID.
