    Meal #3 is usually what I eat before my workout. I never counted the calories. I was guessing it is around 1800 cals.

    Counting calories is a MUST, not only so you know how much you are taking in but its necessarry to gauge how adjustments are working. You also need to invest in a food scale. Guessing the portions of your meals is not a good idea.
