Op necessary NO, BUT if you want optimal results it would be wise. If you have been eating every few hours throughout the day like you should be you will have nutrients the body can pull from. But like i said it would be wise to do so. the best thing to do is sip on BCAAs during training,take a protein shake PWO and the PWO carbs will replinish glycogen.Now depending on your goals the PWO carbs could be avoided. But what is going to repair your muscle tissue are the foods you eat in the next 12 hours........... TOPHER
