starting new cycle need help

hey guys in been a while since my last cycle i need some help how to set up my new cycle,this is the gear i have ,im looking to do a 10 to 12 week run.thank

16 amps of sus250
2 10ml of enanthate 400mg
1 10ml of test depot 100mg
30 tabs of andriol undecanoate
