thanks for the link, i believe i have my diet and training spot on after the past 5years learning on how my body reacts to different routines etc and im also training to be a personal trainer and nutritionist but ive actually learnt more down the gym then on these course's lol. I understand i should wait untill 25 for everything to settle down so ill see how everything goes but i do want to gain another at least 10-15lbs before i start my cycle which could be anything from 6months to 1 1/2 years maybe even longer so it wont be untill im 21 maybe 22 when i start my cycle.
