My wife found this little recipe and its pretty tasty.
As your cooking your filet add some soy sauce, touch of splenda and a little bit of garlic.
other then having some extra sodium its def a good flavor.

i find leting my chicken marinade in apple cider vinegar good.
apart from that all i do is mix it in with brown rice with peppers & spices
