Well, I said on and off for like 7 yrs. Solid for almost a yr now. I am im an impatinte idot I guess. I am not trying to get into comps or anything. My goal is just to gain 15 more pounds and get a little stronger. 12 to 15 wk cycle and I am done. I have added more protein, carbs , and Fat g to my diet. Somewhere around 3500 calaries. Thanks For your input though!
You diet is awfull, you cant just change it like that and start gear, you have only been training for 8 months,
sort your diet out,
train for another year at least
