Okay on the diet front. I have tried bulking diets with a good (at least I thought so) lifting regimine and I got upto about 185 lbs, just 20 lbs shy of where I want to be, and I hit a plateu got tired of eating that much and pretty much stopped. I know motivation is something that I will just have to nut up and use but as far as appetite goes, is there anything out there that will make it go up? My metabolism is already through the roof and it seems like I can eat pretty much anything but the weight gain just isnt there. Just ask the guys in my platoon last time I deployed, I would eat 3-4 heaping trays of food a day and I lost weight, like about 2-3 lbs a month.
