    Diet and Cardio

    Someone please help me with a diet and cardio for cutting. I thought i was eating ok until my bf went from 11% to 15%.
    Ive been avin:- 8am Protein Shake,10am 3 Egg Whites, 12pm Full Roast Chicken without the skin, 3pm 3 Egg Whites, 5pm Protein Shake and Fish Fillet, 7pm Workout with 2o mins cardio at the end, 9pm Protein Shake.
    I took out my carbs to try and cut up, not sure bout he full chicken for lunch, dont suppose the alcohol on the weekend is doin me any favours either. Im also on 350mg trenbolone acetete, 200mg test enenthate and 875mg primo tabs each week.

    Post your stats so we can further assist. Also alchohol is a NO NO on a cycle alchohol suppresses test and raises estrogen. Its insane so stop it now! also post everything you eat during the day like this
    8am food
    10am food
    12pm..etc...etc.....
    also i assume that your goals are to get your bf back down?"

    What should i av 2 reduce the estrogen and when should i av it, also what pct should i av and when?

    In your diet there are only proteins.
    However i don't see how your bf increased so much and you did't notice anything. Perhaps one of the two misurations was wrong.

    As I understand the human body, you cannot gain bf% without eating any carbohydrates. Your body is forced to live off of its own fat, not insulate. Has to be a mistake OR you're drinking a lot of pina coladas and sour mix on the weekends lol.

    You don't need carbo to gain fat. Try to eat 10000 kals from lean meat and you'll become obese before saying oh.

    UH i thought you needed diet advice? Now you are wanting pct advice!! This is scary that you have not thought that out! You need to get that NOW! I suggest you find your way to the Steroid forum and find someone to help you plan your cycles better!!!! Good luck!
