Like the title says, today ive been super tired all day due to lack of sleep last night and ended up eating around maintenance today well i should do, pherhaps even a little less cause i want to sleep now.
So my question is, while on a roid cycle, does this mean you just burn a bit of bf that day and dont get muscle gains? Will your nitrogen ballance get hindered? Can I bounce back again tomorow? If so that basically means if I was ever feeling lazy I could just having the odd cutting days where i dont eat so much and maybe lose a little bf that day.
