Did shoulders/traps yesterday. Lifted pretty heavy on everything again....gym was a little crowded which sucked. Also started off with abs again, did everything weighted also which was pretty killer. DOMS have been almost non existent anymore...recovery has been great. I've finally added cardio in after every workout this week...so hopefully the pounds will start coming off better. I've been doing high fat and protein....low carb all week like always so we'll see how it goes friday.
