I use some as a last resort meal replacement. It can definitely help to bulk but i would rather have some real food
I have always used 2 scoops mutant mass post workout
It gets me the nutrients I need untill I can get a real meal.
Most of them are junk. Look at the content, most are packed with sugar.
I would suggest posting your current diet first. That way it can be fixed so that you dont need to buy weight gainers!

If you are in the market for a weight gainer I would look for one that derives more calories from EFA's and complex carbs. The one you mentioned has 84 grams of sugar per serving.

Personally i dont like weight gainers, They are more expensive than real food (atleast in asia) and the contents in it does not always match your needs.
I just do mine homemade-super-bulk-style:
1/2cup cottage cheese
1/2cup strawberry yogurt
1 banana
3Tbsn Peanut Butter
1Tbsn olive oil
1/4cup powdered milk
4Tbsn honey
3 cups whole milk
***BLEND***
Makes 3 servings at 500-600cal per serving 40-50g protein.

Ok everybody...I'll save you from being sued and give you a drink just as good. Here is what you do.
Drink as much water as possible...a good 1-2gallon's. Hold your bladder for as long as possible, then when you cant any longer just piss into a tub and presto you've got something just as good.
Think you got enough dairy, sugar and afalotoxins in there buddy?

If its as hard for him to put on weight as it is for me then I dont see a problem with it. Personally my stomach might not like all that milk at once, but if your body can handle it and your a hardgainer then Id say go for it! Drink that as one of your 6 meals throughout the day.
