I like potassium chloride and distilled with my hcg. Preserves it better than sodium, gets potassium in my body, almost painless, possible antibacterial effects. Of course, I have 5000iu vials and I have let the mix sit for a couple months in fridge which is why I used anything at all with the h2o. Anyone else use potassium chloride?

As big says. Makes no difference if its sq or IM. Having said that sq is a lot easier than IM in my view. Also reconstitute with bac water because it will last for 30+ days but it must be kept in the fridge when it is reconstitutedOriginally Posted by vaders4

You can use IM or SUBQ. Personally I do mine IM. Ive always used BAC water to mix.
