    Believe me.
    Are you sure? I usually do very hard circuit training and MMA before fights, but neglect traditional strength training. My plan so far is to start lifting immediatly, keep up the cardio and MMA as usual, and eat clean.

    You think I can make it? I am going to Brazil in exactly 5 weeks today. Any tips is greatly appreciated!

    Good things come to those who know to wait.

    You are rushing and in 5 weeks naturally, even though very young, you will not achieve much. I was speaking in a long term period.
    By the way, what is you body fat percentage?

    However, if you stop training mma, do cardio only twice a week for no more than 30/40' and start to lift weights only, by the time you have to go to Brazil you might have obtained a little strength increase and weight.
    Of course, you need to modify your diet and increase the protein intake up to 1.5 gr per pound of body weight.

    If I were you, I would act in this way keeping myself natural and clean.
    First reach your genetic limit, then consider aas in case.

    I understand that it takes a long time to get into ideal form. I was more thinking along the lines of how much BF you think I can decrease and if I can get any increase in muscle at all until I travel?
    Stopping MMA is not an option, I am going to fight in brazil and I have to keep my skills sharp. Maybe I should cut down a little on the running instead?

    I should definately get my BF checked at the gym asap.

    Thanks alot I appreciate it! One last question though;
    Basically I have to lose endurance to gain strength right? Maybe it would be good for me
    to try to bulk up a little and gain a little more muscles for 1 month. Then I can do MMA and run
    for 1 month in brazil, then the 2nd month in brazil I will be in good shape yes?

    No, you might be able to keep your current level of endurance by eating and resting properly.
