this is my everday diet, been like that for a good while and it works for me
Meal 1(8am)- 5 egg whites, bowl of cereal, banana, bowl of oats
Meal 2(11am)- Tuna, pasta
CARB SHAKE (12pm)
SNACK (12:30)- pumpkin seeds, nuts
Meal 3(1:30pm)- Chicken breast, rice
Meal 4(3pm)-turkey breast, sweet potatoes
SNACK (3:30pm)- peanut butter butty
TRAIN (4pm)
PROTEIN SHAKE (4:45pm)
SNACK (5pm) – subway footlong, chicken
Meal 5(6pm)- tuna, pasta
Meal 6(8pm)- beef, home made chips
Meal 7(11pm)- chicken breast, rice
PROTEIN SHAKE (11:30pm) then bed
this diet realy works for me but i was wondering say every saturday, would it be possible for me to eat whatver i want or would it affect my body, is so in what way and would it do it extremely, maybe have a full english in the mornin, some sweets throughout the day, kfc or burgerking for my lunch, maybe even a beer or 3, i train monday to friday have sat and sun off then start again on monday. i never want to compete or anything like that, just want to stay big and maybe get a bit bigger, im at a point in my life were i would realy enjoy to go the pub on a saturday and have a few or go the cinema with my girl and stuff my face with sweets, any answers welcome thanx guys
