Sus250 PCT.. HELP

Hi, I'm going to be taking sus250 at 1mg a week for 12 weeks.

I've seen on here that I should get Clomid and Nolva but am wondering what doses I should be taking and when?

Is starting my PCT at 18 days after my last injection of sus250 is correct?

I've found heaps of info on here but none on sus250 at 1mg a week.

Also should I ween on or off sus250?

1mg a week is the dumbest dose I ever heard of I`m sure he means 1000mg/week which is likely higher than he needs to go.

Run the sustanon at a steady dose throught the 12 weeks and shoot it eod.

1 ml = 250 mg sus per week. Thats probably not going to be enough. You need to be taking about 500 mg per week (2cc's). Split it up so you inject a MINIMUM of twice per week to take advantage of the short esters ( sus is a blend)

If I did a 12 week cycle of sus250 @ 2ml a week?

At what dose (in mL) should I administer Clomid and Nolva and for how long?

I start 18 days after my last shot of sus250 but then what?

sus @ 250 a week isn't enough, run it at 500/week.

im fairly new too, but I think thats in orders of weeks

week 1 = 100
week 2 = 100
week 3 = 50
week 4 = 50

and

week 1 = 40
week 2 = 40
week 3 = 20
week 4 = 20

but dont take my advice, only new too
