Yeah I know lol. I have taken them every other day for almost 2 years. I had a 30 day break once(vacation). I stopped feeling the stims, but I guess I had to use them. It was a mental thing or something. I just can't wait to get back on the jack3d lol. At 3 scoops, after 15 minutes, my face starts feeling prickly lol, I love it
