    New to all this

    I have been working out for a 4 years now. I am at about 180lbs and im 5 11. I am 33 years old.I had a few questions about how much to start off with for dosages and what to use. I have Cypionate 250mg,Propionate 100mg and Deca 300mg. Can anyone help me with starting a first cyle Please?

    Most recommend a lighter cycle for your first. Usually single compound so you can see how your body reacts and what kind of sides you get if any.

    Well I am already pretty lean at about 7% body fat. I eat alot of chicken and fish in my diet. I am looking to pack on some weight and muscle. I would like to get up to 200-210 if possible.

    What are the macros in your diet looking like?

    So by it being a first cycle for me you wouldnt suggest stacking would you? I am also not sure how much to take and how often. I know I am new to all this and it may sound like dumb questions but I just want to be smart about things thats all. TY

    Macros = Fat xxg, Cal xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg

    Add all of those up from each meal, and then get a grand total for the day. You may be ready for a cycle, but why start early if you can still get gains from tweaking your diet.

    OK I will have to do some math to see what I come up with for that TY. Also I have always eaten well and heathy for a very long time. I just have been unable to get the gains I have wanted just from eating and working out. What would you recommend I start with? I have some some research on the web and came across this site. I am serious about starting a cycle, it what I have already a good start. How would you recommend I go about it?

    Personally, I would wait. Just see if you can add the gains from a change in diet. Couldnt hurt to play with it for a while.

    After that, when you are ready to start using, just start with a basic form of Test. Preferably, for a beginner, a long ester will be ideal (less injections) such as Cyp or E. Also, never start a cycle until you have all your Cycle and PCT compounds ON HAND. Never count on being able to pick up your PCT during or after your cycle. You never know what might come up.

    7% bodyfat? Well, props out of the question imo. For various reasons. Do the cyp at 500 ew and tweak your diet accordingly.

    Thank you very much ,you have been very helpful. I do have Cyp 250mg. Once a week at what dosage would be safe to start off at?

    500mg/week, 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks should be good for you.

    you have Cypionate 250mg, Propionate 100mg and Deca 300mg. access to them? in your fridge? how much of them do you have?

    before you start. do you have your pct lined up also? do you have an AI on hand?
