First cycle need help please

i posted one of these last week nobody helped so ima try again im 21 205 not sure bf i just lost about 45 pounds and i wanna hop on my first cycle did prohormones like original halodrol which worked and shitty superdrol but now i have bottle of **** labs testaplex c200 (test cypionate) and decca 275 (nandrolone decanoate) i wanna do both these but dont want to blow up so i was thinkin 1cc of test a week and a half cc of decca a week and i have winstrol to finish it up with i have nolva and clomid for pct any suggestions

For one, nobody here wants to encourage a 21 year old to use steroids. Second, why was superdrol shitty? IMO it is one of the better, if not the best, of the prohormones out there. You also should have just bumped your last thread instead of making a new one. Maybe nobody responded because they were too tired to sort everything out for you

Your cycle is crap not the liver supps. Liv52 is one that I know alot of people run. A first cycle should not have deca in it really especially when you dont know how your body will react. 200mg of cyp per week is like hrt.

There are liver support supplements out there. Research liver longer, NAC, synthergine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, milk thistle, liv 52

^^^hormone replacement therapy. a good starting cycle would be 500mg weekly for 2-3 months. BUT since you are a newb i will agree with BigKuntry and just RESEARCH, i did research for 4 years before i pinned myself, pays off in the long run bro. think for a bit before you do anything

i have been thinkin and know in high school kids did it wrong didnt do what they were supposed to abused it and had some trouble i have and uncle whos a bodybuilder who will help me i just wanted to get advice from other people i am aware of the possible sides and want to take the right precautions so i dont get messed up

I waited till 24 1/2 AND I hurt myself on prohormones to early just like you did because I thought they were safe. Just wait it out man, we're on the same boat.
