    lol thanks. It is sad to say that 8 months ago I could bench more than I could squat. It was mindfvcking me, so I decreased my benchpress. I started focusing on squats. I will not let my benchpress weight exceed my squat or deadlift. It is a mental thing for me.

    Yeah I do notice water retention in my face. I love taking 30mg of dbol before bed, because I have some strange dreams too

    tell me bout it, i bumped my sust 2 an amp eod, im a fookn bad bstard in my sleep lol. keep pegging away at squats and deadlifts, good tip to improve squats is throw out leg extensions and replace with lunges. my 1st comp i squatted 140 and deaded 160, now 270 on each and got there naturally!!

    Will do lunges. Thanks. Those usually do fry my legs... but I have only done them about 4 times... and it was on my cardio days. I would run 2 miles, do lunges for 50 meters, run 1 mile, lunges for 25 meters, then run up and down a staircase

    ideally have a lighter week on squats and a heavy week, sprints intergrated with sets on the lite week are good if your gym has a track, wouldnt do em on the tmill for obvious reasons lol. ah, im getn the urge to plift again lol

    Take 30mg for 3 weeks, or 20mg for 4 weeks. Follow with a complete pct. Be sure to safeguard your liver. Get adex or nolva for gyno/rebound gyno.

    I have never used Mdrol, but I know 3 people that have, and one who is using it now. I don't know about the website you posted... but you should be paying no more than $24 for the mdrol

    39.95...im gonna be runnign it while on cycle, i dont wanna use it if its gonna complicate my cycle tho...i have plenty of dbol, just dont like the bloat.

    Oh buddy. Here we go: Mdrol is a superdrol clone (AKA methasteron or methyl-masteron). However, methylation can completely change a compound, so you don't need comparable dosages. Most of the weight gained on Mdrol is from glycogen retention, as it does this better than anything else.
    And all the clones were pulled by the FDA like 2 months ago after bb.com's warehouse was raided by the feds.

    How can there be studies when Dbol is banned and Methasteron was never properly tested by the medical community (and just invented in 2005)?

    Anecdotal evidence is the best we have, and that suggests that Mdrol is more potent. Why? Because guys can make solid gains on 20, or even 10mg of Mdrol, and I've never heard of good results with similar doses of Dbol. Also, Mdol has greater sides and hepatotoxicity, which is why only an idiot would use more than 30mg a day, whereas Dbol can be used in much larger doses for longer periods of time.

    I have taken both. I have friends and people I know on other forums that have taken both. This is the only place I have actually seen people saying that Mdrol works as well as AAS. I got nothing much from it, maybe a little harder. On dbol I blew up and lost an inch off of my waist.

    I've seen quite a few people say that they preferred Mdrol over Dbol on other forums, though this may have to do with its dry (5a reduced) properties more than anything else. But yeah, I think we've reached a stalemate in this discussion, since Mdrol is now effectively banned and no studies will ever be performed on it.
    PS: just to make sure, you aren't thinking of Hdrol, are you? Because that is quite a bit weaker.

    It was m-drol. I will say this much about PH products. If you take massive amounts of several different ones along with mega doses of creatine you will get about the same effect as a very low dose of steroids. By low dose I mean maybe 15-20 mg of dbol. This is now things worked for me and about 80-90% of the people I know and talk with regularly.
