    eBay suing craigslist vice versa???

    anybody hear? got any details, thoughts, concerns?

    i personally hate ebay...i dont like how greedy theyve become and hope cl destroys them in court....

    interesting...u think ebay has a legit claim and/or just like u said free publicity...i think ppl would notice more of ebay's greed if they happen to sell rather than buy

    ebay has no grounds to sue cl first off ebay is a auction site
    cl is not

    cl is more on the lines of classifieds as in there title

    craigslist provides local classifieds and forums for jobs, housing, for sale, personals, services, local community, and events.


    id like to see how they pull it out of there hats if they did win it wouldnt shock me if the whole hooker set up wasnt by them and when it failed then they try and sue lol

    a good article to understand the issues of the case - i wasn't aware of this. seems to me the craigslist guys had their own greed/control issues in mind too...

    Part of the issue here is that eBay owns a share of Craigslist and over the past few years, eBay has not been getting its way with Craigslist. This may just be a business tactic to get Craigslist to sway a bit and make the changes eBay wants.
