just wondering why he should drop the deca for first cycle? I had read that a good beginner cycle is test and deca?

No.

Bad first go around.

Test only.

I have read the same info also.(certain books).....

Good second cycle though.

dang, not to hijack his thread but I have been on test for 4 weeks and monday I was going to throw in 300 mg of deca for help with the joint pain, and I wouldn't mind the extra mass either. I was going to then run the test deca for 10 weeks. But thats a bad idea?

I'm not sure of your cycle exp, but usually deca is run for 10 weeks from the beginning of the cycle with test.

Usually @ 400 mgs wk.

Then , the test is run 2 wks longer than the deca.

So,

Test @ 500 mgs wk = 12 wks

Deca @ 400 mgs wk= 10 wks

PCT starts 2 wks after last test injection, or 3 wks after last deca jab.(not sure what test you are using)

so my thoughts was backload the cycle with deca so I could know what each compound was doing, and I knew if I started both at the same time that I wouldn't be able to tell what was causing side effects if I had any.
So I figure now that I am 4 weeks into test cypionate I would know how my body reacts to it and if I backloaded the deca and test together for the next 10 weeks, I would benifit with extra mass and the joint support from deca.
so basically
week 1-14 test cypionate 500 mg, nolvadex
week 4-14 deca
pct
hcg and nolvadex
I have thought about clomid also but i have heard so much bad things about it lately like problems with vision and massive depression. so I was hoping the hcg and nolvadex will work.
