@DannyD09: you need to give your body rest. Lower reps if the pain is sensed.. and increase rest.
Overworkout can give serious problems like torned muscle or tendon off the bone. Also a scan by doc will give you more info.

Sometimes a minor pain in cycle becomes larger after the end of the cycle. I have experienced lower back injury on cycle and later after cycle it became a constant when I was off the cycle.

Take care during cycle .. overdoing will only give damage. Workout for few more days and if you feel the pain increasing then get the scans done. That will clear out more of this issues.
