    When you say you're yielding slow progress from your diet, what exactly are your results (lbs lost per week)?

    The last week I lost 1.4lbs and before that I lost 2.4lb over 2 weeks!

    well keep it up, increase cardio each week, you dont need anything other than tht, dnp is DANGEROUS!!!
