    bf estimate please

    47-230-5/7 just started 200 test e wk and 50mg anavar will doing cardio ed after workout help oo on off days

    Over 20%. If he were 15% he would be 15lbs away from being 7% bodyfat.

    Depends what your LBM is. You can drop more than 8% with a 15lbs loss in some cases. I think if you scroll up you will see many others gave him an estimate around 20% as well.

    BTW, my math was a quick guestimate. If the OP is at 15% right now that means he is carrying 196lbs of lean mass. So he would actually have to drop 18lbs of fat to be in the 7% bodyfat range.

    i would have said 20+% if it wasnt for the ab flex pic, you're kind of hard to predict..if i was forced to pick a number i would say 17%
