I think your fine to be honest.
If you can and want to -get your BP checked.
If thats fine take some asprin.
terraj - just FYI heart PAIN is normally nothing, heart attacks, strokes, and those type things dont really give heart PAIN. Heart attacks normally feel more like indegestion.
My Sister is an ER Nurse.
    Cheers!

    Thanks alot man!

I'm open to all advice, if this pain is persistent i'll definently get it checked by the docs ASAP once their open of course

My bp is fine i checked before, twice 128 / 67

if it's not feeling fine by tomorrow i'll definenlty not work legs out. I might go hospital and go get it checked out (not bitching out from leg sessions, i love em, love throwin plates around on the sqaut rack and all!) it's just i always feel like my heads gonna explode when im squatin, last thing iw ant is my heart giving in too !

First off, any heart/ chest pain should be looked into. Having said that: I had a similar experience on my second cycle. Rushed to the ER and doc said it was prob. brought on by stress and amplified by my "concerns" of steroid use. (I was honest because I was scared shitless). I was young and had a lot of misconceptionsand fear about use and had no business cycling in the first place.
Thank God I grew up and started researching what the hell I was doing.

I haven't had any experiences since.

    Hope everything passes.

So, because your sister it a nurse...you can give medical advice?

FYI....Cardiac chest pain which is a typical symptom of a heart attack is often vague, or dull, and may be described as a pressure or band-like sensation, squeezing, heaviness, or other discomfort.

Note the OP states a -dull pain.

    Thanks McDreamy

I can give medical advice just like you can - do you give steroid advice, are you an endocarditis? Come on bud, let be real this is the Internet and a forum. I am just offering what I can.
My sister is a good source of information.
I also have experienced this my second week into a cycle and near when I trained shoulders. Lastly we are all here to offer advice and that is what he was looking for. PAIN is a funny word as well, Ive seen a man go in an ambulance with chest "Pain" - it was gas.
    To the OP.
Keep us posted as to what happens - Ill bet money it will be gone tomorrow except for residual tightness where your pecs connect to the shoulders.
