    Advice needed

    Well to start off I am 5'10'' 215lbs. I have not worked out in about 2 months due to family matters. I was an avid steroid user for the past 2 years or so until then. I never had a real "cycle" like everyone on here has with different types and amounts. I was more of a prop for a month, then prop and cyp for a month, or what ever I really could get my hands on. The time has come for me to take this seriously, and I finally have a great hookup with just about an endless variety. I want to start using again the beginning of february. Until then I want to hit the gym pretty hard and watch my diet to get back in the swing of things. What I am looking for is some advice as to what to use for my first cycle in Feb. I am about 20 lbs. overweight, but still very solid(for shits and giggles last week i hopped on the bench at work and still managed to put up 365 with a little grunting). I want to gain strenth and finally for once in my life get some definition in my body. Thanks in advance for any replies

    well the first step to this is obviously diet, so let's see what you're working with

    after you get the diet sorted we can help you design a cycle to suit your needs BUT YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PUT IN ALOT OF RESEARCHING TIME, CAN YOU DO THAT?

    and if i was you i would give it 6 months of training to get back in top shape before starting a cycle

    *edit* I spent the last few hours reading alot of the stickies on here. i had no idea that such a strict diet is used by so many people on here. To be honest, there is no way I could ever manage a diet even remotely close to anything that I am reading on here. With a crazy job, a nutty wife and 4 kids I am lucky to even be sane at this point in my life....ha... before i get the "no diet, you are wasting your money on gear" speech, I have had tremendous gains in the past with my diet and gear usage. Just looking for some advice on basic gear that compliment eachother as per my original post.

    well in that case i would do one of the following:

    BEST OPTION: Cut down to around 12-14% bodyfat(you can use clen or eca to cut if you like), then a simple test only cycle with a good kicker would work to get you back in the swing of things

    SECONDARY OPTION: Start a test/var/winny cycle and use that to cut down to whatever size you want

    1-12 test enth or cyp 500mg/wk
    1-6 anavar 40mg/day
    10-14 winny 50mg/day

    what pct are you going to use?

    Get your bodyfat down to 12-14% like Phate said. But i prefer you do it naturally. I think this would help in your dedication when your on cycle and determination to keep a clean diet without the help of any supps. (Sorry Phate)

    I like prop and npp in your case. But i also like Phate's option #2. That's a good cycle too.

    Cut down naturally.... Don't rely on the drugs to do the work. Let your diet do the magic. If you can master that you will succeed.

    i completely agree, i was just giving him the option because honestly, most people on this forum are going to use a sympathomimetic or thermogenic agent during cutting regardless of what we say

    Well I guess I was lighter than I thought, weighed in at 203 today. Suprisingly low being right after all the holiday dinners and all... As far as the PCT, I read a decent amount about a few names of stuff on here, but have never used it before. I am looking into it now, availability wise. The cyp I have, and I think the winny is a good idea as well. As far as the anavar, is there something else I could use, not available for me........
