ai needed with 400mg test e/week

i read anything over 1/2 a gram of enth ai should be used? can i use 10mg nolva/day or should i get arimidex?thanks a million guys!!!!

It's not really dose dependent, it's individual.

But, I'd prefer an AI on cycle to control estrogen than nolva.

What's your cycle experience and what do you plan on running?

If that's the case, I'd keep the adex on hand, and use it if sides arise.

good luck with your cycle, the nolva and clomid should be all you need for your pct.

letro is an ai....i think im on to somthin ere lol...use dex on cycle if needed...but switch to another like letro to stop estrogen rebound in pct if needed......i hope im right lol you guys will make a bodybuilder outa me eventully!!!

I wouldn't use letro in pct.

And you won't get on estrogen rebound if you use adex on cycle. But you will if you use letro, because it kills so much estrogen.

If you control estrogen on cycle, I don't see the need for an AI in pct. SERMS will be fine. But if you feel you need an AI in pct, I'd go with Aromasin.

im gona stick with both serms like u said....thanks for the tip....and u no, its not like i have a huge cycle going or anything,lol...i will run questions by you when i start my cycle if they arise.....hopefully it goes smooth.....have a good one
