can any one help me i just got myself some hcg and it says its intramucse injection the prob is everywhere ive looked it up it says its administered the same as hgh so im a bit concerned

I do mine Sub-Q. I use a 100iu insulin syringe. To shoot, I grab a small amount of my addomen fat and pull it away from the abomen muscle, while holding the skin/fat I quickly stab the needle in on a 45degree angle, then inject the HCG. Very simple and painless. Just remember to use use alcohol swabs on the top of the vial along with the site of injection. I do my injects later in the evening before bedtime.
