Blood pressure through the roof on Sus

Hey guys,

I took my 8th injection of Sus on Monday (1.25cc) and I take my 9th tomorrow. So far I have felt some slight raise in blood pressure, minor headaches, red face while lifting, seeing stars, etc. However, today I feel like a tomato!!!! I know my BP is high because i'm hot, bright red and I can just feel it. I also feel like i'm going to pop a cork but i'll bite my tongue . I havent been able to check my BP yet but my pulse is around 114 .

I am taking *****-3 Fish Oil pills (one every morning). Should I up that to twice daily?!?! I also have red tea extract pills which I havent taken yet. Should I add those in the mix?!? Also, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your resting pulse is 114. go see a doctor. Go to a neighborhhood CVS/Wallgreens with one of those blood pressure machines to get a baseline if you don't have insurance. How much water are you drinking? What's your body fat%? Weight? Height?Age? Still thinking about Boozing it up on New Years????

it's good to see you read around on here!!!!!!! I have insurance but I'm not sure if i'm ready to spill the beans to my Dr. I'm drinking more gallons of water a day then I can count. Body fat is around 8-9%, 178 lbs. and rising, 5' 10" & a few months shy of 25 years old.

as for the booze part... it's my sisters wedding and I will keep it in moderation.

Good catch. Probably the culprit. With all the food one has to eat on cycle it can get a little bland shoving chicken breasts and unseasoned brown rice down without a little salt. Sodium has a way of turning up in many foods hidden under other names too.

Sodium intake is as low as I can make it because I hate salt!!!! And no, I don't do cardio but that was the first thing my girl said when I told her. She's in Med school so i'll have her check it. (she doesnt know about the juice, mwuhahaha). Good news is that I feel much better than I did this morning!

i've just come off my 4th sust cycle and have found tht some days my bp can be higher than others, if i get flustered by something it can take ages to come down. i try to stay as relaxed as poss when on
