    I now see it was MASTERS Nationals and as a Heavy not Super Heavy. That's why I was unable to find you.

    THANKS FRIEND, im 44 now and I still feel like im 28, I cant wait to compete again, everytime I compete I have learned so much,
    maybe next years masters nationals again, Im always in the hunt for that pro card, and I dont feel like time is running out. thanks again

    as for the strips in the quads , I always trained my legs like Rich Gaspari. and wala I had striations
