I would head to the diet forum and fine tune the diet with the help of some of the very knowledgeable and helpful guys there. Wow ... Thanks so much!!! At this point I do believe that my diet needs tweaking. I do keep my protein high and carbs low. I lost the weight by carb loading 2days on and 3days off. For the 3days, just protein and lets say by weak 3 I would go all liquid protein.
