I don't even use gear to drop down bf, just change my routine and diet around
instead of eating alot of carbs I drop down the carbs,
My cutting cycle if I ever do one will be test - e or p 500mg per week, and winny at the end,
I start off the day drink 2 litres of water (take a huge piss)
go outside run around house 2 minutes, stretch out, then do a 30 minutes cardio, 1 day is joggin next day is sprints 30 second sprint / 1 minute walking.
eat breakfast normaly 6-8 white eggs / oatmeal and some fruits
then I eat 5 meals during the day which consist of some meat (tuna/lean chicken/lean beef) with vegetables / sweet patatos, (and I take cottage cheese before going to bed this isn't best thing but it works for me) / I also only drink water and lots of it.
I workout mond/wed/friday at gym, and I superset everything, I also work my core, planks/abs workouts/ ect.. post-workout. (you can do cardio afterwards if you wish)
on days off, I still run in the morning, but in the evening I do a sport like mma/hockey/soccer/badminton anything you like, yoga works good also

I was 205, and droped down to 165 pound by doing this, in about a month n a half to 2 months. n my bf was 7.5%,
and this was all done without a cycle, pre-cycle was around 20% bf.
but I'm not really a senior they might have better advice for you

this just worked for me.
