ok guys i don't hate steroids which isn't y i want to bash on mcgwire but the fact that he keeps on lying and lying, he constantly lied about not taking steroids, and finally when he does confess, its just another bullshit deception tactic so he can get into the hall of fame by saying "i only used them to fix injuries quicker" i can't stand this jerk-off, he knows he ain't gonna get into the hall of fame anytime soon and his lying is only making it worse, he should of just when he was on the stand with canseco, just fessed up, everyone woulda been pissed off for a few days but i think if he gave people the honest answers to why he took them which i think would be some decent answers considering baseball athletes had plenty of good reasons to take them considering the fact that so many players are on it that its not longer cheating the game just the records since it has turned from an "unfair advantage" to "going with the flow".

What pisses me off is that he will say anything to get into the baseball hall of fame no matter how much shit its obvious to others hes saying, its extremely insulting that not only does he continue to lie about it but continues to do it when it gains him ZERO credibility.. there are plenty of people who would like him to confess.

I just caught the end of a jim Edmonds interview where he said he feels that if there gonna keep outing all of these hitters that juiced they need to pay more attention to the pitchers. From the way it sounded he was saying it was hard to compete naturally when every pitcher you go up against is throwing 98mph plus fast balls. He made a good point. Take a look at the average speed of your starting pitchers fast ball before they started calling players out on steroids and then look at the averages since. The players went from throwing 98-103 mph to 90-95 mph those few mph are a big difference when you're trying to hit a ball as small as a baseball.
