I need another gun, I've sold my last 2 handguns. I had a Taurus .45 millenium, and a Glock, model 22 ,40 cal. I'd like to get 2 more guns, one as a carry weapon and one for the house. I'm not sure of Carolinas standing laws regarding B&E or trespassing, but I would have shot him and dragged the body in the house.

This is if the state has no trespassing laws.
Trespassing in some states is cause for shooting someone.

I can tell what happened here, The victim went over this guys house and got into an argument, and he shot the guy in the front yard in a fit of rage.
That is what he is probably really being charged with.
