I have some gear I want to use, and want some opinions please
I was planning on 200mg Deca, and 250mg sus on Mondays, and then another 250mg of Sus on Thursdays for 10 weeks.
I do have 56 (50mg) Winny tabs, but am not sure if, and when they should be brought into the mix? Also have Clomid, and Nalv for PCT.

Height: 6'3
Weight: 255
BF%: I am guessing about 25
Train: 3x a week weights, 2x cardio
Done a few Sus cycles in the past
Diet: Bad..Miss breakfast sometimes, if I have it, I have like 4 egg whites or breakfast sandwich. 2nd meal, protein bar, 3rd Subway 6gram sandwich, 4th Protein bar, dinner (whatever the wife makes). Protein shake after workouts.
I know some are gonna say get he BF down first, but I need a boost. I really want to start soon......Thanks!
