    I have some questions!

    So I have starting my second cycle....My first was with Test and Tren 1cc a week...I dont really know how the cycles should work...It sounds dumb but lake season is coming up and I want to put on a lot of size before then....I just got some sustenon and deca and would like answers on how i should proceed with the injections, how many cc's a week etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    can you give us an estimated body fat? at 6'1 and 230, do you have any visible abs or muscle separation?

    no visable abs, but you can see muscle definition in arms shoulders back etc. working on abs for this summer

    i guess i dont understand the question...my brother won the red river classic bodybuilding show here in Oct, he is the one who got me started...but he doesnt know the answers to my questions...i guess i am just flying blind...sorry for my lack of knowledge, but thats why i came on here lol

    there is no reason that u take AAS, regardless who ur brother is.

    slow down and really start to learn about the chems u have used and that u want to use..

    Take your time and educate yourself on what you want to put into your body.

    there's ton of information here. So start reading the stickies at the top of the forums, and asking questions when they come up.

    thanks i appreciate it. I do like the way it feels. Ive lost 25 pounds in 3 weeks, and ive increased my max in everything by about 25-40 pounds.
